Avast is blocking my on-line banking sign-in

Hi,
I have to put a code from my on-line banking site and register that computer once, then every time I use that computer my bank knows it’s been register. With Avast Premier I have to get a code every time I log-in. If I disable Avast I log-in with no problem once I register that device. This happens with internet explorer and MS edge.

I have gone into Avast settings but can’t find any thing that works.

does it work if you turn off avast firewall?

if so, try change firewall network profile … puplic / private … any change?

Thanks, the firewall was set to public and one I set it to private it worked.
