My site was working fine forever and now Avast is blocking my site and pops up with “could be a fake e-store”. My website is completely clean and when scanned on VirusTotal or similar apps, it comes back completely clean. I have reported many false positives over the past few weeks and I’m not hearing back from Avast and the website is not being whitelisted.. I don’t even know how to contact Avast properly to address this issue. This is affecting my business and I don’t know how to resolve this issue, very frustrating. Can anybody help?

Yes I have, for a while now.
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
You won’t get a direct response but it should be analysed within 48 hours, if found to be false it will be removed. So if it hasn’t been removed they still think it is suspect.
There are sites that can also check a site link. These will see if other AV think it suspect or some weaknesses/vulnerability in your site.
