be-googley[.]com is now removed from Phishing list. After next update is should not be blocked anymore.

Do you see a avast icon/logo on that message?
All messages from avast will have avast name and logo
The taskbar icon (if you mean this one, see attached) is there by default and it is set to animate when scanning.
Just because it is scanning at the time doesn’t mean the warning comes from avast. Some browsers could well be displaying this kind of message, Firefox and Chrome come to mind.
