Avast is blocking my VPN (Cyberghost)

I just have the four main shields active (File, Behaviour, Web and Mail). I am not using Avast Firewall (just the Windows Firewall) so I do not know why it is being blocked or how to stop it from being blocked. Any help would be appreciated. I am using the Premium Security version of Avast and it is up to date.

Does it work if you turn off avast real site?

Thanks for the quick reply. I don’t have ‘real site’ enabled. Today I don’t have any problem connecting with Cyberghost. Funny because yesterday Cyberghost refused to connect while Avast’s shields were on with the message “user certificate missing”. I turned off Avast’s shields and I could connect again. But as soon as I re-enabled the shields I couldn’t connect.
