avast is break an I can't reinstall

hello,
suddenly my avast beecome break an I can’t reinstall

in the right corner the Avast logo in with the red sign
if I lunch avast console , it’s stay minimise
if I want uninstall it say :

a setiface error has occurred : 2
try to reinstall or contact the support,please
if I try to re-install … nothing happend

HELP !

Have (or did) you another AV installed in this system, if so what was it and how did you get rid of it ?

This is often a sign of remnants of another AV.

Try Windows, Run and type:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe “C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\Setup\setiface.dll”,RunSetup
What do you get?
