Avast is deleting PHP

Hello,

We have a software that downloads PHP binaries (php.exe, php.ini, etc…) to a folder in C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\SOFTWARE\bin

We received many complaints from users that bin folder, which contains PHP executable files, is deleted.

Is this because the binaries are downloaded onto AppData? or there is another reason for this issue?

When avast detect / remove something there should be a popup message

The exact message on that popup would help, or better a screenshot

I stopped avast, then re-installed the software and this time PHP did not get deleted.

my application itself does not get detected by avast so I think I don’t need to whilelist it.
