While checking my settings I saw that Microsoft had disabled Avast in Outlook because it was causing it to crash. I reset it and, yes, it immediately crashed. I’m running Office 2016 on Windows 10.

Sorry it has taken me so long to retrieve the details. It is a new computer with new Windows 10 and Office 2016 and finding my way around it is a challenge. I am using Avast Premium, which I have been doing for a few years. The only number associated with it that I could find is 20.2.2401. 64 bit.
I am also using Windows Security - the Firewall is on, Virus and Threat Protection are off. Hope this is enough.
