Avast IS Firewall re identifies network at each logon

Windows 10 professional desktop and laptop, ASUS AC5300 NAT router, Avast Internet Security 12.3.228 (build 12.3.3154.2)

Every time I reboot/restart or cold star my pcs Avast IS firewall notifies me that a “new” network connection has been discovered.

I have not disconnected the Ethernet or rebooted the router. Anyone else have similar problems? Fix? Bug?

Not a bug, and no fix.
With the Firewall recently some changes took place, and they are still fine tuning it :

Hi.

We are now working on new networks detection mechanism in the Firewall.

It’s almost finished, but must be tested.

Please be patient with this issue.

we have 2 equally updated windows 10 machines on the network. the 1 machine (mine) keeps popping this window up. the other oc doesnt. both are latest versions. its highly annoying
