i have today updated avast now there is an icon in the corner of internet explorere and my emails are blocked.
I can get my web mail on any other computer.
How do i stop avast messing up internet explorer.
What os/sp?
What ie version?
What exact version of avast?
Any other security software installed?
How does the icon look? (attach a screenshot)
Does avast give a message? …if so what… Attach a screenshot or write it here
Quite probably, the AOS “Avast Online Security” plug-in/add-on. You can disable it in IE Tools/Manage Addons.
OR you can also uninstall the “Browser Protection”(AOS) module by going to Control Panel/ Programs / Avast and choose “CHANGE” then Uncheck Browser Protection under TOOLS.
