Avast is messing with power configuration

After a recent update, I noticed that Avast started to set the power configuration to High performance whenever I turn on a video game. Is there a way to disable this feature?

Inside the Avast! UI select Performance, Game Mode, Settings gear.

Personally I only have Automatically Add New Games and No Avast! Interruptions enabled.
