What did you guys do with this new update? Now I can’t save any files to desktop, nor to my picture folders (except video folder), some of the permissions got changed and I can’t seem to undo it.

What Avast version are you using Avast Free/Premium/Ultimate ?
This doesn’t look like any Avast notification I have seen.
What browser/s did you try ?
Are these from the same location/s ?
I have just copied your posted image and saved to my downloads folder and attached it to my post. So it appears to be working as expected for me.
