AVAST is removing programs that are not infected

we’re a software developer and we’re having serious and recurring issues with AVAST.
It removes our programs, we have digital certificate signing our programs but AVAST does not check this and excludes programs.

What we have to do so that this does not happen anymore.

Hi, I was charged yesterday with Jun 24, 2018 DRI*AVAST Software 952-2531234 MN $59.99 and btw I have a free license. This is really sad…I am more than happy to provide you a screen with my ‘‘free avast license’’…
