Agreed. How do you end the subscription??? Help. How come they have the bank card details even though I had a new one issued? Does anyone know. I just read it says you can delete the account but it wont affect your subscription.
Same here they took money from a Card thats expired.
Ther is no way to UNsubscribe fully or get money back it seems.
AVAST are the BIGGEST SCAMMING CROOKs on the INTERNET.
They are basically stealing but in a Scamming way.
I have tried to draw some Avast attention to this topic.
Note - Iām an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
UPDATE: Finally got thro to the Chat and after some negotiations they gave me a Refund.
Extremely Satisified, HOWEVER, Why do we need to go thro so many " Hoops" to get our money back, quite alarming at first, but Excellent Customer Service once got thro . Thank You.

Happy that you have finally got it resolved, but not the hoops that you had to jump through to get it done.
did you actually got the money back on your account? someone told me earlier I had been granted the refund but still no confirmation and nothing has changed on my Avast subscription
