Recently, Avast has been way too sensitive, it detects files from reputable organizations such as Mozilla and Microsoft as potential threats. The other day it quarantined Microsoft OneNote which means I wasn’t able to start it because microsoft office couldn’t find onenote.exe. When I had Avast scan it, it said that it didn’t find any harmful virus’s in the program. Now, its detecting the Mozilla Build installer MozillaBuildSetup-Latest.exe, as a potential threat - the tool that is needed to build mozilla software (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Developer_guide/Build_Instructions/Windows_Prerequisites). I already submited onenote.exe as a false positive to avast. This is starting to get ridiculous. Please look into a fix for this.
Hello,
detection will be fixed in next stream update (10 minutes).
