With ISS 2014.9.0.2011 It’s not possible to send mail via Outlook 2010!

Please help!!!

have you tried avast repair?

controlpanel > ad/remove programs > avast > uninstall/change > repair option … wait a minute and reboot

any change ?

Yes, i tried with no result.
