Avast keep blocking file share, ping after reboot

blocking access between 2 internal pc’s every time I reboot one of them
192.168.1.17 to 192.168.1.105
all internal networks are enabled
once I pause / sleep avast everything works fine;
computers get to sleep, wake up blocked again
