I am currently learning programming in C++, using Visual Studio 2013.
Problem is, whenever i try to build then run my program, Avast keeps blocking it, so I cannot see the end result.
Is there any way to stop this?

Either exclude your dev folders or sign your programs.
I’m not entirely sure how you do that…

Whenever the compiler is infested you start to run infested scripts, often it is as simple as that.
Just an infested pendrive could give such an infection and there are many other ways of proliferation.
Well when you send the scripts produced to Avast, it may be easily established this is the case or not.
