Was that about the time that you downloaded a torrent ?
I noticed that before the torrent, the torrent was about an hour later, I noticed those folders when there was a issue on the action center regarding a program on start up which is no longer there
OK I would like to leave it now for a day to ensure it does not return, if it does I will dig deeper
