Avast keeps detecting the same WiFi network as a "new network"

Hello, I have a minor issue where Avast always asks me to set the same network to Private or Public everytime I restart my computer. It seems Avast doesn’t remember the same Network (Note it’s the same name at all times). Is this normal?

What kind of connection is this ???

It’s a Wi-Fi connection for home. Private of course
