having trouble finding the root cause of my virus problems. not exactly an expert here, so i need some seriouse help. i’ve run avast and superspy antivirus and have a hijackthis copy that have been ran on this computer recently but of course i have no idea what i’m looking at. please assist. here is the hijackthis scan.

what’s the name and path of the file being detected as junkpoly?

every single one that keeps being found is being found in my windows/temp folder. i’m sure that there is something else causing the problems this is just whats being found on a continues basis (something like every 5 min a new one is found) and of course besides the first part (windows/temp/etc…) the etc is constantly new. i keep moving them to the chest then deleting them there. i need help finding the root problem. also i keep having problems opening certain web pages (especially if it has something to do with virus removal). i keep getting explorer has stopped working and then it either reloads the tab and then gives me the same message or it says it can’t open the page.

Move them to the Chest but do not delete them. They can do no harm while in the Chest.
