I have used avast for many years. I just ran into a problem where a huge tmp file was generated. C:\Users\Barry\AppData\Local\Temp_avast_\unp491F.tmp 18.9GB

Thanks…I re-read that forum and it seems that it was an interrupted scan…of a large file. I deleted the tmp file and it seems good now. Thanks
