avast latest program Prof

I in December 11th 2007 upgraded to professional and paid avast 43$ for a 3 year contract through Clickbanc in USA.
I got receipt and eu tax code , and thoought that all was ok,
that is until yesterday when i got a message trial period expires in 18 days , and again today now 17 days;

please remember it is over a month since had the pro and authorisation sent to me via the bank system from avast.
i have phoned avasy distributor for help in UK , they say nothing they can do as not bought through thelm but direct from avast.
i email the bank twice now i have phoned the bank in Usa, I have phoned avast yesterday , sent them e mail ,
But now nearly 72 hours later NO response from bank or Avast.

So if the next fewdays go by and the avast system is deactivated , they will be in breach of contract 1 month into a 36 month contract.
If my business computer becomes infected having paid for the contract tehn i will sue for damages and all cost and losses incurred

So beware the programes are great , but the customer support is sadley lacking with indifference shown by Avast and there bank, and i have used avast since 2003 as apersonel , before now using it for my business !!

I honestly don’t know if you can get a legit copy of avast through clickbank, I thought that it is through Share*it via the avast.com site. Also the sum of $43 for 3 years also seems incorrect. See image and http://www.avast.com/eng/calculator.html.

I suggest you contact sales @ avast.com with as much info as possible to see if they have any knowledge of it.

There have been a number of fraudulent sites selling many different programs including avast pro, see http://www.avast.com/eng/fraudulent-sales-of-avast-products.html.

An avast distributor is only able to help if they actually sold you the license.

Also, check your spam filter if you use any… sounds like you’re not getting the e-mails sent to you.

There is quite a discrepancy between 3 years at 74.13 and his 3 years of $43.00 Something seems to be a little off here, as in , “psst… hey buddy, want a 3 year license for 43 bucks?”
