Avast License "An Unexpected Error Occurred"

So i bought a License from a reseller, back on mid 2018, its all smooth sailing until now, suddenly when i updated avast(which i have done many times without any problem), it suddenly switch the license to a free one, and when i tried to switch to my premier License it said “An Unexpected Error Occurred”, plz help

thank you sir, now that i read it, that “official reseller” might be fraudulent, from now on i’m gonna get it from the program instead, thank you ;D
