My Avast license is no longer accepted as valid. I purchased a three year license about a year ago so have another 2 years on it. I wrote twice to Avast support asking them to send me a license that works, but I’ve not received a reply from them. I haven’t been able to use Avast for the past few weeks since it won’t work without my license.
Where do I go from here?
I think the better will be sending an email to sales@avast.com and not the support email.

Just got a new license file from sales@avast.com. It works just fine. Thanks for suggesting I send my request for a usable license to Avast sales dept.
