Do avast license start counting down from once u purchase it, or from once u activate it? and with a 3 user license, does each user u install it on get the full 365 days even if u activate just 1 of the PC’s like a week before for example, or do all the systems count down at the same time regardless of installation date for each system?

personally it would make more sense for the license to start counting down on the day it is activated, not the day it is purchased… i think most people would think the same.
Ok. The problem is technical. You need an activation process… And it can be cracked…

On the other hand, Avast! has great discount offers : Back in January this year I bought my 3 years AIS licence with a 50% discount, and if I am right that is still possible for a 2 years licence

yes, the discounts are quite hard to beat ;D im just hoping maybe for avast 6 they can get a license activation process that starts counting down upon activation, not purchase
