Avast licensing

I am confused by the Avast licensing system. I have purchased licenses for:

• Avast Premier
  Avast SecureLine for PC
  Avast Cleanup
  Avast Passwords

However, I note that Cleanup and Passwords are included in Avast Premier - why do I have to buy seperate licenses for them?

Also, how do I use Passwords across more than one device? That is, so more than one device (for example, my Desktop and my Laptop) has access to the same stored passwords.

1. Cleanup is not included in Avast Premier. Passwords has a free and a paid version.
