Hello,
I have a pro subscription with Avast and have an anti theft account activated. Unfortunately and for no reason, the anti theft has locked me out of my phone. When I press the pin number, nothing happens. When I try to reset the pin on the phone, it does nothing. I logged into my account and my device does not show up there.
Can somebody please help me?

I just tried resetting my pin by logging into my Google account, when I reset my pin and use that very pin, it shows a loading type of screen and stays there …
Hi, first of all, please make sure you are using the latest app version, which is available on Google Play.
To find out the reason why the Anti-Theft locked your device please follow these instructions:
- login to your My Avast Account on the page https://my.avast.com
- click on the menu and select “Devices”
- click on the device with the issue
- click on “Info”
- now in the upper part of the screen select “Notifications”
- right now you should see notifications coming from the Anti-Theft
- right there should be the reason why the phone got locked
