avast malicous URL Blocked

recently i have recieved several messages from avast every several seconds notifying me that a malicous URL has been blocked. im beginning to worry that it will take a toll on my computer and eventually the virus will come through. usually, the text shown is

Object: htt:/… (many different sites have shown up in this section)
Infection: URL:Mal
Process: C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\AvastSvc.exe OR C:\Users\Nathan\AppData\Roaming.minecraft\sp.DLL
(a different process each day, shows up)

i have no idea what is going on and how to fix it. please help me get rid of this problem. thank you very much for your time!
i have run the programs from the given guide and the results are attatched.
