exploit tries to misuse security holes of Windows. If is your windows up-to-date then there are no risks. And no - you’re not infected.

I have Windows 7 Home Premium x32 and still get this PopUp.
Your W7 FW should block it. Is it activated…?
No, should I Activate windows firewall? I use Avast Internet Security there is Firewall in it I think.
Is your AIS firewall activated? I prefer AIS firewall over Windows. I have Windows “off”, AIS “default (work/medium risk)”.
Yes it is and its on Medium Risk Zone.
