Avast, Malwarebytes and Process Hacker

There are a number of users here using Avast in combination with the Malwarebytes paid version.

My question is

Are any of you guys/gals who are using the paid version of Malwarebytes also using Process Hacker which is Task Manager on light steroids as opposed to Process Explorer which is Task Manager on heavy steroids?

If anyone is using this combination on an Windows 7 x64 system could they post the “Private Bytes” number that Process Hacker shows for Malwarebytes.

Thanks

I much prefer Process Explorer.

Malwarebytes has two processes.
One for resident protection GUI mbamgui.exe 1.63 MB
One for resisdent protection service mbamservice.exe 91.8 MB

Thanks.

That is what I needed to know.

P.S. Not to be argumentative but I find Process Explorer to be overkill and too complicated for most of what I need in this area. Process Hacker seems to be a nice enhanced version of Task Manager without all the zillion bells and whistles that are in Process Explorer.

Then expand the two images which show the private bytes figures.

Now you are talking about avast! when you asked about Malwarebytes!
Did you look at the images I posted ???

I see AvastSvc.exe 20.0 MB of “Private Bytes” and 2.1MB of “Working Set”

I was referring to Avast to point out the difference between Private Bytes and Working Set since I was interested in both but primarily Private Bytes

Your image as I recall only showed the Private Bytes for Malwarebytes and not the Working Set.

Anyway you gave me the information that I needed with the image since the Private Bytes, i.e. memory allocated for exclusive use by Malwarebytes is low.

Thanks
