Avast message about svchost.exe

Started up computer today and got the message that avast had blocked an infection. It said URL http : // reddie.net/2929/CutterEdit_142089662381004.dll
Infection URL: Mal and Process C://Windows\system32\svchost.exe.
It did the same thing yesterday too. From reading the forums here it seems it may be a false positive that keeps popping up?

I have run Mbam and it did not pick up on anything, so have attached the logs it suggests in “logs to assit” in the hope someone can help

Could you let me know if this stops it

CAUTION : This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer

Save this as fixlist.txt, in the same location as FRST.exe

Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that

Done and attached the log. Upon restart there was no pop up so I am guessing that may have fixed it…

It was not a false positive, it was a bit of adware that hides in the browser list or BIT jobs that windows uses for updates
