I’m not sure I understand. You added a number to a group in SMS/Call filter and a call from that number was not blocked afterwards?

Make sure you provide a correct number and choose a time period for filtering.

I didn’t add number I simply passed in function blocking of SMS and calls pressed on on to block entering calls and after that called from other number and it was passed

yes wash SMS the filter it is empty

Hi,

you have to add some numbers or options (like “All unknown numbers”) to the SMS/Call filter group in order to block them. It won’t simply block everything if you leave the group empty.

Yeah blocks calls but not SMS messages do not block

OK, so the messages are not being blocked. What kind of messaging software do you use? Anything like GoSMS or Handcent or others that might interfere with the functionality?

do you have Anti-Theft installed? If so, when you run it, does it “complain” about any incompatible tools?

I have Anti-Theft but only from Avast

one more question, is the number you are trying to block by any chance your friend number in Anti-Theft? Because those can’t be blocked obviously.

I want to block the number is not in the phone book and SMS so do not come too
