Avast mobile Security has already been defeated

on my tablet by cheaters in these games

it didn’t scan, it didn’t check wifi security, it didn’t test connection speed
It was even disabled temporarily while playing!

I checked my desktop computer and see the following things

password protection deleted!

firewall logs period cannot be changed!

It’s been 2 days, after 90 views without a single reply, I can assume the following:

-members here are indifferent to someone who is less active for some unknown reasons

-avast doesn’t care about free users

But fortunately, I am avast customer. So could staff members please pop yourself up? >:(

You’re right, I missed this assumption.
If no one has an answer here, where else can I find help? Or how to contact avast directly without filling my payment email address?

I don’t want to show these, because this shows my stupidity.

  • 136 years of lease time
  • onboard network adapter has an unknown mac address
  • no Internet connection allowed without the router. (This have been fixed by reinstalling the NIC driver.)
