Hi, i use Miui custom rom of Android 4.1.1 (MIUI-2.9.21 JRO03L) on my Galaxy Nexus (i9250) and i found two bugs in here:

  1. Avast Notification looks black in Notification Bar.

  2. SMS Filter not working in Miui (I setup all unknown numbers are blocked). But Call Filter works well.

I have tried SMS and call blocker with 2.9.29 and it not working at all. We will discover the problem, but we officially support only generic android ROMs.

Thank you Filip & Jan. Do you use MIUI UK or US? I use MIUI Official, and Call blocker still work. MIUI has a built-in sms & call balocker. But, it block both receive and send, no customization for this.

Hi,

I just checked the MIUI ROM a bit and it seems it doesn’t support SMS/MMS delivering priorities at all. Tried AMS as well as some 3rd party messaging app and no matter how I set it up, only the stock messaging application received my messages. It seems that instead of going through the usual receiver priority table the messages are being delivered directly to the stock messaging application. I’m afraid there is no easy fix for that at the moment. There might be some “rooted” way of fixing this, but I don’t have much time now to investigate properly.

Another negative vote for MIUI.
Maybe moving to aokp or cm ROMs…

Thanx for your help Philip. Now MIUI spam filter can block only incoming message and not for outgoing message. But, i don’t yet test avast sms & call filter because now i use paranoid android rom.
