Hi, this problem could relate to the Device Maintenance feature, present in the latest Samsung models. It regularly kills apps running in the background, while our app is constantly doing the opposite. This results in a repetitive process of killing-restarting-killing-restarting, which leads to battery drain and a device slow-down. Please try this:
- go to your device settings
- tap on “Device Mantenance”
- select “Battery”
- at the bottom tap on “Unmonitored apps”
- add Avast Mobile Security in this menu
