Avast Mobile Security Pro - Scan Failed! Something went wrong error

Hello I have been having issues with AMS and keep on getting the
Scan Failed! error. I cleared up AMS cache and it still not working.

Please help.

Well, there were some issues in this version, we have already fixed it for the upcoming version 6.4, which has already been rolled out to 10% of users, full public release is planned for later this week. If you do not want to wait, please try to install the Beta version, more on goo.gl/5AVSFJ, I hope it helps

Hi jjely, have you tried to clear the app data? (device Settings > Apps > Avast Mobile Security > Clear data and cache)
