I have requested a refund using Avast Customer support system (ticket number #SDT-305-96133) in accordance to 30-day money back policy providing with all details of my order (I submitted the ticket the same day I purchased the licence).
3 days after that I received canned response “What is the problem and how can we help you?” When I responded that I’m not interested in product I purchased and not willing to conduct a dialogue if I have to wail 3 days for Avast customer support to respond - they just started to ignore me.
I heard nothing for 10 days now and the whole thing has been going on for a total of 13 days and I’m really starting to doubt I will ever see my money back.
Have anyone ever successfully received their money back? Is it a typical situation that it takes 13 days for Avast customer support to respond?
I’m feeling very uncomfortable with this support system “dark room/10-day silence” situation so I decided to go to public forum to express my frustration with your company and my treatment as it’s customer.
