AVAST new synchronize delay 360

Hi, Community!
Every 6 minutes over the past week or more, my server is being bombarded with logs of the event “new synchronize delay 360.” Can you, please

  • help me solve the root of this problem?
  • if it is not possible to solved the root of the issue right now, at least how can I stop the program from logging that even every 6 minutes?

This is a huge HUGE crock of cowpie. This has been going on for months if not years. I installed AVAST! this morning on the suggestion of an IT friend and lo and behold, GUESS WHAT I HAVE EVERY SIX MINUTES? The same error as everyone else.

Why a company of the calibre of AVAST! (is supposed to be) cannot get rid of this warning that comes up in event log every SIX MINUTES!! is beyond me and gives me and my fellow IT mavens real cause for concern.

Avast peeps… can you please explain to me, a brand new potential customer representing one of the largest corporations in North America with THOUSANDS of workstations and servers why it is up to ME to look for a solution to an issue that obviously WAS NOT there at 6 a.m. today but WAS there every SIX minutes at seven a.m. after the installation of AVAST! >>>???

If nobody else on this forum realizes that they have been run around in circles for several months (years?) on this situation, well, I am here to wave a red flag and say " what the heck is going on… and if we can SEE this problem and it is not yet resolved, then what the heck is it that we are NOT seeing?"

AVAST peeps… this needs to be escalated to the VERY TOP as it is propogating itself all over the net and without a doubt is having an effect of AVAST product marketing and thus sales.

If someone in marketing or administration cares to give me a phone call I would be more than happy to explain to them exactly why WE are having a bit of trouble swallowing the COVER MY BUTT nonsense that has been going on for a long time on the matter and why it is giving ME real cause for concern in standing up in a board meeting and saying "Yea guys and gals, I happily and confidently recommend AVAST! as our mid level solution for internet security. " Sic.

If you don’t see it please take a few minutes which I will gladly spare for you and let you know, very clearly, how exactly you are shooting yourselves in the foot.

Of course, if there is a solution, please feel free to point me at it and accept my apologies and expect that I WILL INDEED stand up and endorse my findings with AVAST! Until then, I cannot and you are about to lose one of the largest corporations in North America as a result. We don’t want “maybe this and maybe that”. What we work with are proven products, otherwise it’s out the door and we hit the “NEXT” button. Lots of competition out there.
