AVAST NEXWAY billing but no licence

Can a MOD or Support please explain AVAST NEXWAY billing me and the system still telling me I need to update…?

tried calling support Uterly useless cant submit a ticket becouse it asks for an order ref as shown I DIDNT RECIVE ONE!!

Considering what we are purcahsing and considering my renewal wa staken on teh 22nd of March by a company you can not get hold of is disgusting!

I understand im on auto renewal thats not my issue my issue is ive recived no confirmation, can not get hold of any one and when i did they say ticket billing … and that my account dosnt show I have payed anything … !!
