Nexway can only have your card details if you gave it them.
£29.99 is the price of avast pro.
Looks like you (or someone in your household) has take a subscription on avast pro.

Well fact is that someone gave them the details and normally that is the owner.
It does happen that someone in the household gives them and that (s)he did not tell or forgot to tell the owner.
I am on the phone to avast now, they cannot understand it and are checking further
Phone will likely not work as it is a third party that only handles certain things for avast and questions about billing is not one of them.

well what a result, money refunded within 3 working days, no contract was purchased by myself or anyone else in the household, no card details have been given and they can’t understand it at all. Happy days!!
