I did a recovery install windows 10 64 bit, removed all my settings.
I have noticed now in Task Manager i now have 5 instances of AvastNM ( 32bit).
I have done a recovery install on 4 occasions and this is the first time I have seen this, curious to what they are.
Windows 10 pro 64 bit 8 GB ram
Avast version 11.1 .2445
I’m not sure however a google search has much information.

Thanks for your reply.
I googled it first, but I didn’t really explain what it was used for, sure I know it is a part of Avast.
But in my 12 years of using avast, I have never seen this before.
After shutting down computer, last night rebooted just now.
I no longer have any AvastNM ( 32bit). showing up in Task Manager.
After using computer for awhile, have noticed 1 instance of AvastNM 32bit has returned.
I will just ignore them as all seems okay.
