Avast Not Desirible Anymore

I have been using Avast sine Ver1 And I must say I’m liking it less with every version.

Get back to basics and not all the commercialized interface :\

I referred 100’s and 100’s of users to Avast and many use the premium versions now ask me what else I recommend!
We don’t like it anymore.

We are jumping ship If you don’t clean it up.

They ask me “where is my sandbox” I set it to ignore this folder and it deletes it anyway because it thinks it’s a virus and on and on…

Oh and you can find it $2 cheaper here when it’s not even the same product :o
and You have 6 programs that may be slowing your computer down, Upgrade this feature…REALLY!
To much garbage!

When I wanna to trouble shoot something I have to sift through lots of stuff no one wants or will ever use.

Get back to basics or we’re leaving.

Many users have stated “get back to basics”, unfortunately I don’t see the Avast Corperation going back.

Thankfully, unlike many other Security Programs, a user can pick and choose want they want to install ‘if they use the CUSTOM INSTALLATION option’ :slight_smile:
All the added STUFF is checked to install by default in Premium versions, so stuff has to be UNCHECKED.

Or…Control Panel>Uninstall a Program>double click “avast”>click “change”>untick what you “don’t” want>reboot. :slight_smile:

By using the custom install you can select “just the basics”. 8)
