By lookng at the name of the file, I would say it is detected as a PUP by avast.

I found out more, it is the Nimbuzz Advertiser bot that automatically spams chat channels with advertisements.
By the looks of it it, I would say it is for IRC channels.
It would surprise me if avast isn’t detecting it as a PUP or on access.
tell me i use this soft or not

Might be a little harsh. A ban from that channel would be more suitable lol
