??? i own a cyber cafe and my pc’s r infected by this virus.
i hav used bit defender, it is detecting but bitdefender is very hectic
the viruses has caused very much loss to my business
it creates an .exe file in the folder in webcam icon very bad

or Kaspersky Virus removal Tool

Try using malwarebytes
Since you own a Cyber Cafe, you are supposed to be using the Pro version of avast! and not the free version. And if you are a Pro version customer, you can always log a ticket.
