Avast not fair

Hi there.
After being client of Avast for more than 10 years, (Internet security, 2 years, 3 PCs I’m asking to pay the full price for my renewal.
I give up. >:(

Just because you are a long time user, it doesn’t mean you are entitled for a discount or something.

As far I’m aware there used to be a renewal discount if you renewed from the avastUI.

Where did this renewal occur, was it from:

  1. the auto renewal function.
  2. renewal from the avastUI.
  3. renewed from the avast.com site.
