Avast NOT fixing password problems

I’ve noticed people having problems with password reset issues since last year.
I am also having the same problem. I just switched from a free account to a paid account.

  1. The temporary password I was sent does NOT work.
  2. It will NOT send me an email to reset my account password.

I am beginning to quickly be VERY SORRY I decided to give them money.

  1. Which password? From which program? Forum password? Avast account password?
  2. Which avast! version? Mobile? For PC?
