Avast not starting & won't turn on ?

Over the last few days I’ve noticed when going on certain sites like bookmaker sites it takes around 3-4-5 seconds & found this to be odd as it should be within a second as usual.
I’ve since received this message

NVCPL.DLL-Invalid access to memory location

This has been like this for around 3 days & this morning I awake to find that my Avast has been turned off & it won’t let me update it or run a scan :-/

Looks like I have a virus & yes I do use P2P for football games & downloading stuff.

I was going to just do full re-install of windows, but thought I would check with you guys on here to see if it’s an easy fix.

I’ve downloaded & run malawarebytes & also Combofix, but not sure how to use Combofix.

PC Spec:
Windows 7 ultimate x64
i5 2500k
GTX 480
Corsair 750w
2x4 gb Corsair ram
Asus P8 Z77-V LX2

The combofix report has over 10000 characters on it,so it won’t allow me to copy & paste it on here.

Anyone ?

only to be run when instructed by a removal expert....

follow guide and attach logs (not copy and paste) http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

Malwarebyters / OTL / aswMBR

also attach the combofix log…
