Is there an issue with Avast 6.0.1367 free not updating today? I have it set to update every 240 minutes, it is also set that I am always online, the last update attempt was at 6:50PM CST yesterday. I did try and manually update but it was like it never made connection to the server. Avast is allowed through my firewall, I do know it updated yesterday with no problems. Advise please.

Mine just updated, strange that a manual update would not even show that it was attempting to update. My firewall, Zone Alarm, showed that the avast updater was connecting to the internet, but the progress bar never moved in the UI. I am going to suggest a small popup addition that states “Avast Is Updating, Please be Patient” show every few minutes until the update is complete.
