AVAST NOT WORK

I am the buyer of your Avast Premium Security who is not working right now. At the start, he shows a warning: Unfortunately, this gone does not support your current location. Im asking for help. My location is Slovenia, EU.

It would be helpful if you could attach a screenshot of the warning you see.

What exactly did you report to Avast! ??? That an user saw “an warning” ???

It can only be what limited information that was posted, he isn’t clairvoyant.

Even if Bob was reporting the topic as needing Avast input, it is drawing the issue to Avast attention.

So, when I posted 2 (two) items not detected by Avast! , which potentially could affect millions of users you did not feel like "reporting to Avast!

But when a single user said “AVAST NOT WORK” you jumped with reporting.

You were given advice (as Avast Users we are limited in what we can do), if you choose not to do so, that is your choice.

How would Avast (DIGITAL RIVER GMBH, handles payments) get your payment authority, to process the payment ?

Did you have a 30 trial version of the Avast Product ?

Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund If you haven’t got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.
At the end of the trial period the payment would be actioned.
