Avast Notifications On Laptop every 2 minutes

Avast is popping up every minute even though I haven’t changed anything. How do I get rid of this disruption?

Avast window keeps reopening automatically

An Avast window keeps opening automatically — it’s not a pop-up, but the actual Avast program window. If I close it, it reappears after a few seconds, even though there are no new notifications in the program. If I minimize it, it stays hidden. I’m using Silent Mode, but it behaves the same way in other modes as well. Please, help me.
